Orland park Tcby rocks!!
I use to work at the Lemont one cause I loved yogurt so much. I go to the Orland Park one all the time they usually always have the vanilla almond silk, that one is my favorite with some hot fudge, whip cream, cherry on top! I wish the Orland Park one would do cakes and smoothies though. I always loved making those, so much fun!

Why do you not like your employees? There is no possible way to tip within this app. Also, the use of scan codes is not the most secure methods of payment.

was told at store i could transfer my credit for old card to phone app. can't see any way to do this. the app and online navigation is impossible! need to redo both.

Points didn't migrate from card to app
I was told by our local TCBY server that we had until the end of the month to download the app so we wouldn't lose our points accumulated on our card. It's July 27th and I just downloaded the app. When I entered my card # it states I have 0% rewards . How is that when I know I have a ton of points on my card !

Scam
Don't use the refer a friend invite to get your $3 rewards it's a scam! They don't explain to you that your friend has to not only get their free reward for up to $5 but they also have to match that amount before you can even get your $3 reward. Then they skate around the issue and claim to have sent emails that don't exist!!! I love TCBY BUT I ABSOLUTELY HATE THE APP!
