Manager: - Managers can now filter loads/trip by company office, if they have the permissions set in the TMS Driver: - Drivers can create offline updates for document uploads - Drivers gain visibility into the document types uploaded to a load within the Dispatch screen - All driver screens now support landscape view - In addition to the driver dispatch requirements introduced in the 23.03 version, a new configurable requirement has been added to enforce confirmation of the dispatch before any other updates

Version 23.03 ● March 2024 New Features Driver • Trucker Payroll - PCS Mobile has been upgraded to enable drivers to access the Trucker Payroll website directly from the app. This enhancement empowers drivers to conveniently view their pay settlements, dispatch confirmations, time clock data, and time-off information, enhancing their overall experience and efficiency. • Broker Dispatch - The PCS Mobile app now offers truckload dispatch functionality for brokered drivers, expanding their capabilities and convenience. - Brokered drivers can now seamlessly receive SMS messages containing links to their dispatched loads, simplifying load management and enhancing their experience on the go. • Driver Advances - This update also introduces the ability for drivers to easily view and submit advance requests, simplifying the process and providing greater control. • Required Driver Behavior - Dispatchers now have the capability to activate specific requirements for drivers within Express TMS's "System Setup." These requirements include: - Requiring the load number for all uploaded documents. - Ensuring drivers complete an arrival before initiating a departure. - Mandating the completion of all stops in sequential order. - Requiring the upload of necessary documents before marking a load as complete. • Trailer Swap Update - The mobile app has streamlined the process of performing trailer swaps. Now, drivers have the flexibility to execute trailer swaps at any stop designated as a trailer pool, significantly enhancing operational flexibility and convenience. Version 22.03.02 ● June 2023 New Features Dispatcher • User Guide o A user guide is now available within the Help & Support section to swiftly provide dispatchers with detailed instructions in a PDF format. • Dispatch Workflow Changes o Offers dispatchers the ability to cancel an active dispatch for a load. o Truckload loads and Intermodal loads now support “drop” and “arrive” functionality. • UI Refresh to Microsoft Fluent Design Driver • Geofencing o Drivers are now able to receive arrival and departure notifications when using geofencing location services. o When this functionality is enabled, dispatchers can set a geofencing radius around stops. When a driver arrives or departs the set radius set around the stop, they will receive a notification to their phone. o Using the geofencing notifications to arrive and depart a stop will provide the driver with auto-completed data to submit. • UI Refresh to Match Dispatcher Side Resolved Issues •Other minor bug fixes
