No me sentí cómodo desde el primer momento. Decidí seguir pero los psicólogos son muy jóvenes y le falta experiencia. En mi caso no me ayudaron a encontrar el camino para poder orientarme con los problemas que tenía. Así es que no la recomiendo para nada. Prefiero el modo presencialtus muer tos

Zero stars I feel cheated and scammed
The app is advertised as English and Spanish but however all Communications are in Spanish provided only to Spain and persons fluent in Spanish.
After downloading the app it allowed me to create a profile with my user name email and password all of which are in English. After my profile was created a chat began in Spanish with “Alba”.
When I requested English I was given this response “Hi, unfortunately at the moment we only provide service in Spain / to Spanish-speaking people. Is very important that you are fluent with this language in order to continue with us. In any case, thanks for getting in touch with us”. I then responded with “Well you seem to be fluent in English so can I continue with you?” But they just responded with “Sorry”
Minutes later I received a welcome email in Spanish, I have since requested by email to be unsubscribed from their mailing list because there is no option to do so in the email I received.
I wish I can give this app zero stars as I feel cheated and scammed being in a vulnerable position right now and looking for help thinking that it is available in English and it is not I think that TherapyChat is taking advantage of my vulnerability to gain access to building their mailing list possibly for sale.Show lessFishglueremotefan

I would have loved to have given this app a chance but all communications with this app are in Spanish! The only parts I can understand are the menu and the message that asks for money. I really wanted to try this app and I’m so disappointed that it’s not working like I hoped.SierraDL
