They aren't showing up in iMessage.
Update: I got an email from the dev team with instructions on how to make them show up. Turns out I had to add them (enable them) after purchasing them. My bad. Thanks to the devs for reaching out with instructions.CirrusBonsai

Open iMessage, click to reply/start a new message, tap the AppStore icon right next to the message window, then tap the four circles on the bottom left, this is where you find your stickers. Im all up to date on everything and at 10.3.1 and nothing. Was going to use these in my communications in a timely manner with friends and family for the 1st day of the 40th celebration so I threw $2 down and...nothing. FailSōjōbō
