App has loads of problems
When I first started playing this app it was good but now they don’t address problems or complaints. You don’t get your points when dabbing rubies, you get docked for numbers not called (meaning they haven’t shown up on the call history, and when you don’t get time to dab the last number called because a bingo has already been called you get docked for that as well. You can’t click the bonus on the daily spin, or on the claim icon. Get it together people! Also you’d think there would be more bingos available, 15 people playing and only 4 bingos? 3 weeks and unable to play more then 1 round then game freezes contacted them several times the response was they are working on it! Use to really like this game! Sad since the changes were made can’t play! And still no solution nor any updated response about this issue! They fixed that issue but now it freezes when I get to platinum! Sent them that notice almost a month ago! Tried it today and it’s still freezing at platinum guess I’m done with this game! The upgrade they made ruined it!Show lessZiphie

Where do I start? How about no way to trade in tickets for coins and coins for boosters. The only way to get enough boosters to be able to really compete is to buy them. Or spin for a month and hope you’re boosters or don’t get more tickets.
And how about the glitch where for whatever reason it won’t accept your dab? And then get penalized for missing them. Seriously??
And then there’s the game freezing up on you as soon as the round ends. It takes the credits and the boosters but doesn’t give you your winnings. So you get double-screwed.
Not enough boosters. Not enough ways to get them. Glitchy glitchy glitchy.
All they want is money.

You start people in the middle of a game and the have no clue where there at in it and it calls the numbers to fast and you have no time to look for the number that is being called and everyone in the game has bingo before you can even get a few numbers dabbed and when they call bingo it comes across your board and messes you up and needs better way of showing you how may bingos are left.Show lessmacken12

Don’t give enough credits often enough to compete. Often System says “missed a few” but shows a number that was never called.PoCountry18

Enjoy playing the game. However, in my opinion, three (3) hours is a long time to wait for only four (4) tickets. Power ups do not last but a minute. Of course the numbers called are random, and the chance of getting a jewel or a bingo is slim to none. Could be more enjoyable without the impossible odds.Show lessplayful puddy-tat
