Best to just go get your food yourself.
I had ordered through the website and honestly wish I had read through some reviews before doing so. I ordered from a restaurant that was less than 10 minutes away, which I had been craving tacos from all day, but I had a house full of kids so I couldn’t get the food myself. I thought I would give this a try. It took an hour to receive my food, the driver probably had more orders to fill so I really wasn’t too upset since I got my full order and it was still warm.
What bothered me was that 2 hours later, I got another charge to my credit card. I tried to contact the number available but at the first attempt, the voicemail wasn’t set up and at the second attempt, my call “couldn’t connect.” From what I’ve read, I’m not sure I’ll be getting any response to my email either.
