They will not stay connected i constantly have to power off then on again and the pinkie finger tap will not work…total waste of moneyshaned1976

Purchased an item and it requires an account! I would never have purchased had I known about this. I've never purchased a keyboard that requires an online account. Unacceptable.brutek
Won’t proceed past pairing screen, then won’t register taps
I downloaded the app, turned on the tap device, pairs it to my iPhone (and tried varying orders of these steps) but the app won’t proceed past the pairing screen. My iPhone says it’s connected. Meh!
Finally got it to pair, now it won’t pickup any taps other than my thumb! I’m so frustrated!BethanyRoseman
Keyboard input even if you disable keyboard mode
I like using the tap strap but I find the keyboard too complex for me. Maybe In the future I’ll actually give it a shot but for now it’s too complicated. So I turned off the keyboard so I can use the mouse mode as is. However, I’m finding that even if I try to input any text, my phone still thinks that I’m using the keyboard on my tap. It’s not an issue with my iPad since I use an external keyboard with it anyways but it’s a. If disappointment on my phone. That might be a bug that needs addressing so if you guys could fix that, then that’d be great. Otherwise, the app does as advertised. It would be great if you guys could integrate a mic in the device for future models since that would be great for video conferencing and other unique tools.Show lessAdishb
