Not good
Essentially I purchased this very expensive lock in the hope that if someone tried to steal my bike I would be notified. That’s not what it does. The Bluetooth range is poor and even though I am less than 20 meters from my bike when it’s stored at home, the moment I get into my flat the system disconnects.
The fitting of the lock itself didn’t work for my Bergamont bike either even though I have the right holes and the wheel size is correct you still can’t fit it. The company needs to get some guidance for specific bikes so that bike owners don’t waste their time.
