Impossible to use
Complete and total joke. I created an account, then try to make my free bet. In the process of looking for a bet to make I discovered im already logged out. No problem I’ll just log back in. Except then I enter the credentials I just created and “sorry we couldn’t log you back in” so I try to reset password and it says “please enter a valid email, I checked again and I had. I downloaded the app and tried the password, still won’t work. Password reset link did send me an email this time so I reset it to the password I had created the 1st time, which it let me do for some reason? So then I try to log in with the “new” password. It still can’t log me in.

Deposit match is a scam
Advertised as a deposit match however it’s hidden that you have to deposit not once but twice in order to receive your deposit match in 30 days. Customer support was combatitive and refused to allow me to receive my deposit match with my deposit stating I needed to deposit more money and bet through that too before I could claim it. This promotion was advertised at my local track as a standard deposit match and with the fine print it makes me feel foolish that I fell for this scam. Please do not fall for this scam and either use your normal betting app or cash at the venue before downloading this cash grab.

Not trustworthy
I had made an electronic transfer from my checking account into my NYRA Bets account. AFTER I made the transfer and AFTER the money was debted from my checking account I find out the money will not be available in my NYRA Bets account for SEVEN DAYS. I spoke to two different reps from NYRA Bets and neither of them could tell me where exactly on NYRA Bets does it inform its customers about this wait time.

Worst App on the App Store
I downloaded this app when I went to the Belmont Stakes because I was told it was the thing to do. It’s way more complicated and annoying to withdraw your money than it needs to be in 2024. I had to deposit more money to withdraw my winnings which makes 0 sense. Now have to wait a week for it all to clear.. Bet in person if you’re at the track or use Fan Duel

Read fine print on deposit match
The deposit match is a scam. You have to bet 2x your deposit, and that apparently doesn’t include money you’ve won on previous bets. I deposited $200 to get the full deposit match. Won some bets and lost others. Asked why I never received the deposit match and they told me I still had to bet $200 more before I would be given the deposit match.
Obviously when you look it says nothing on the promo that you have to bet 2x the deposit to receive the bonus so you have to look at the fine print to know that. Just an absolute sham of a book. Use twin spires instead.

Withdraw Issue
I just downloaded this app because I figured I would give it a try! Well BIG mistake! I was given $25 to BET and I won. So I tried to withdraw my winnings and SURPRISE… I CANT! It said in order for me to b able to withdraw I had to first make a minimum deposit of $20, so I did. And of course I STILL WAS NOT ABLE TO WITHDRAW, NOT EVEN THE MONEY I DEPOSITED INTO THE ACCOUNT! I tried contacting support in all ways possible and still haven’t gotten any response! DO NOT TRUST THIS APP. IF U WANNA GAMBLE , USE BETMGM, FANDUEL, any app that is somewhat honest. Ton of bugs, and no help from support over any issues.
If you want a horse betting app just download TwinSpires or FanDuel racing trust me it’s 100x better, use your sign up bonus and delete the app it will save you so much time. The support help on this app is useless, they’ll hold you in a chat for 30 minutes just to tell you that you’re wrong no matter what the issue is I promise 100% of the time.
