Never works - can’t even log on
Ok - let me first say that I love Dischem. And that’s why the online experience being so terrible is particularly disappointing.
Dis-Chem D has always been hard to use. Why it’s not synched with the Dischem website will always baffle me. But alas! This time I really needed a med delivery so I tried to log in. Noooowww, they’re trying to make an SSO for the myriad of mini sites they have and they can’t log me in using my prior info and I cant start a new account either.
I didn’t think things could go from bad to worse but here we are.Show lessMozamerica
Deliver D is just nor working, even after updating
I love online shopping but the Dischem app can be purely frustrating. There are two many extra charges for the 60min delivery option and now that functionality on my app just doesn’t work at all.
Some days are cant get to the store, so this is just mega frustrating.

Can’t even log in .
Been trying to log in for weeks. I can log in perfectly fine on the website, but not at all on the app. The app has no use or function if unconnected to a profile.MochiLala121
Racist company
Imagine working for a company for 10 years who has decided you won’t be promoted based on the colour of your skin and not your performance. I used to spend about 6k monthly there but now go to local chemists and checkers. Their app is as useless as their policies as well. There is real no use or point to it, difficult to use.Show lessTrojanP
Unable to Login
Looks like a great app from screenshots but unable to login in and use it even though I can access my account online with the same login credentials .DebsG*

Defies all logic
I don’t know when last I felt compelled enough to write a review on an app. I love being inside a physical Dischem store but on occasion, it’s hard to get there (like today). So in trying to be efficient, I tried to use this app and this app has taken time from my life that I will never get back. I wish I could delete it from the App Store.Show lessVeganNinja
