This app stole from me!!

I opted for a free trial, tried the app and didn’t like it so I immediately went to cancel the subscription 5 mins later, and they charged me for a whole year!!!! I am so mad. $60 for a crapy app. I want my money back!!!!

You may see full info about subscription twice - on the subscription screen and during confirmation of your subscription with your Apple ID. Regarding refund, unfortunately, developers are not able to provide refunds directly so please manage your subscriptions carefully using App Store.

BEWARE FREE TRIAL SCAM / HORRIBLE APP

EDIT: MOST OF THIS APP’S REVIEWS ARE ABOUT BEING WRONGFULLY CHARGED. THE CREATORS RESPOND INSISTING THEY DID NOTHING WRONG YET THE MAJORITY OF PEOPLE WHO TRIED THE FREE TRIAL WERE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY. I’M ONE OF THEM. WHAT A SCAM. THE APP ISN’T EVEN GOOD

My original review: I will billed immediately despite claims that there was a free trial. The app doesn’t do much for the price. Face App and Face Tune are more worth the money. I downloaded this app again (since it forced me to pay for it anyway) to give it another try but it’s just not that good. Add better features and I may give a better review. And billing someone during a free trial period is not very trustworthy behavior. Tsk tsk

Good, but changes your facial features.

So the app works really well, the make up looks great and realistic. Very pretty! However, it distorts your face... only very subtly and it took me a few times to notice, but it made my nose thinner, my brows and eye shape higher, and my chin more rounded. Not due to any makeup, but because I’m assuming the app decided this looked better than my actual facial features. Lol. Just thought it was worth mentioning.

Brilliant

As someone with a peachy tone to skin and deep read hair I've always been told I don't suit certain eyeshadow colours or lip colours. 🙄
However with this app I can see in real light what I do suit and don't & turns out I suit many colours I've been told I don't!!
I've not paid a subscription yet but I might go on to.
I love that the app also tells you where to get the makeup products and a link to the websites too.
All in all I like it.
People need to lighten up and stop moaning about an app that gives you for free that many others demand a charge for!

Need assistance with a refund

Hi, I was charged $48 and need help with a refund. My iPhone has a new update which doesn't allow me to delete an app like I normally would so while in the process of clicking on the app it opened and completed my print for a purchase. Can someone please help!!

Disappointed

I was charged $41 for this app using the 7 day free trial. I didn’t even realize I would automatically be charged this much especially when there are cheaper subscription options available. After the charge nor Apple or the developer could do anything about. So disappointed.
