The Absolute Best!!!!
We frequently go to the Alton, Illinois Olgas, at least once, usually twice a week when we’re at our home in Edwardsville. I Love Olgas! I’m originally from Michigan so I basically grew up with Olgas. I sure wish they would expand further south, there’s a market for such a awesome place and I bet every store would be successful! The service we receive at the Alton location is nothing short of perfection. If by some strange chance there is a issue with your order they are on it immediately even though the place is very busy at all times. Maybe a Destin Florida location 🤷♀️ or maybe the recipe for your Olgas sauce so those of us that are addicted to it won’t have to go through withdrawal when there’s not one in our location.

Terrible service
I have visited this restaurant located in Allen Park MI numerous times over the years with this being my 1st time using curbside delivery. After my order said completed in the app I pressed I am here as instructed 5 minutes go by then 10 then 15 then 20 so I go into my confirmation email and press I am here from there after 10 minutes I call the restaurant,they put me on hold and then someone hangs up on me after 7 minutes! I was livid so I called back and they didn’t even apologize all she said was I just clocked in I don’t know why your order wasn’t brought out to you. Once she got to my vehicle I asked is my food cold she said no. No remorse,no apologies no nothing and guess what my food was cold! I won’t be back! This location has lost a 15 year plus customer!

Worst customer service ever
I placed a curbside order. Let them know I was there and waited for almost 25 minutes. I tried calling the store to get a refund and they said they’re no longer taking orders and hung up on me. I left a message and still no response and filled out some thing on the website. This has been the biggest waste of time and the worst customer service I’ve ever had from you guys.

Quick and friendly service
I make weekly trips to Saginaw to visit with my daughter and grandchildren. On the way home, I will stop off the expressway and put in my order for Grab-N-Go or Curbside Pickup. Well, this time I forgot to touch the “Place Your Order” button until I got to the restaurant and was in the Curbside Pickup spot. Nevertheless, my food was brought out to me in less than 10 minutes! Amazingly good service!

Location issues
The app is only good if the location is good. Mine let a person take my order and wouldn’t make a new one for me.
Disappointing
I love Olga food but take out service is bad. This is the second time my order has been wrong and food cold. I live 3 minutes max from the Garfield location. I ordered thru the app and arrived exactly 15 minutes later for my pickup. The soup was cold, not even warm. Smackers also cold. The salad was full of olives but right on the receipt it said no olives. Ordered the Original Olga with extra meat and sauce. Definitely did not get extra meat and it too was cold. No silverware in the bag.

Missing condiments
Food was good but missing all the cheese for the snackers and I paid for extra cheese for two additional orders and never got. I tend to not get everything in my takeout orders-bums me out

SIMPLY OUTSTANDING!!!
I have visited this location twice in the past four weeks and have placed large to go orders which have been a nicely put together with good taste and presentation when eaten. I take food from Michigan to New York and enjoy it where we don’t have Olga’s. Megan and Veronica coordinated my huge order today, cheerfully and competently. They are very service oriented! I think them for taking such good care of me! I also note that the restaurant is very clean, the ladies room was also very clean and stocked. The GM is on site, and actually seated me and checked on me during my visit. As a 30-year patron of Olga’s, I am very impressed with this Olga’s location and will return when my travels put me in the area.

Mobile order
Very disappointed with this store not sure if this is every store but the one on Eureka Road in Taylor automatically added a tip in without me even knowing it until after I place the order and I cannot cancel the tip. Don’t get me wrong I do tip but I do not want it to be automatically added onto my order without my knowledge.
