Great concept, but clunky and not intuitive

The app is a great idea, but the functionality is not easy to use. It’s hardly intuitive and would either require a rework or a tutorial to use. Needs a lot of refining before it’s worth paying the subscription for.

Needs to be more glance-able

The app is nice but it needs to be more glanceable. For example I want to see the whole list of things but in my mind I want to pick out all the things we need to buy, instead of having to select the list it would be easier if there was a to buy icon next to the item, and a chore icon... etc.
also a shared event feature/category would be great.

Not user friendly

Difficult to use, the app interface is difficult to understand. We have a difficult time relaying information to one another thru the app also. But a good idea overall. Won’t be using anytime soon.

Needs more

3 stars. I know this is a couple organizer but it’s missing a huge key feature. Open relationships or couples with a roommates. We want to add our roommate so we can figure chores out and do votes as a team.

Please add support for additional people. “Shared” could be the couples. “Household” could be for everyone that lives there.

Lots of potential

So the app has a lot of potential and has given me the ability to help organize things with my wife but there are a few bugs 🐛

1) I can’t contact support
2) the app keeps crashing when writing comments
3) I don’t use apple mail so it won’t let me confirm my email address

Please fix ASAP! I am paying for the app, so I don’t think these errors should be occurring. Thanks Merge Team!

Calendar would make 5 stars....

I just downloaded and started playing with each of the functions, but what is definitely missing is a calendar to be able to share with each other the major things going on in the week. My wife is not tech savvy at all so the idea of bringing everything together in one app is a great idea.

Please make this a one time payment or ad based app.

Please make this a one time payment or ad based app. There is no reason to be paying for this monthly like a piece of powerful software like adobe or protocols. You will have more appreciative customers if they can get their hand on your app and people will pass the word along.

How was this an “app of the day?”

This is a great idea for an app, but the interface is appalling. Nothing works the way one expects in IOS, and there is no help in the app. Even worse, there is no official help anywhere on the internet so far as I can tell. If the developer can’t even be bothered to put up a simple webpage with documentation — for a subscription app, mind you — then the app is not worth my money.

If the idea of poking around a poorly-designed Interface until you figure out how to do the most basic tasks appeals to you, then this is your app. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

First and foremost, we recognize that there is always room for improvement. We continually release updates based on member feedback. It has been our goal from day one to create a plug-and-play solution for couples to coordinate on the responsibilities of living together. This includes, to a major extent, crafting an intuitive user interface and experience, while only inventing when necessary. As we integrate new features, we have to be careful not to over complicate things. It is clear that there may still be a need for a tutorial upon signing up, particularly to explain how lists are filtered. Consider it done. Couldn’t get past subscription page.

Was super excited to try this and some glitch wouldn’t let me past the subscription page. I signed up and played around with it canceling my subscription only to purchase it again with no luck. Hope this gets fixed fast
