I have played this game for over four years. I never erased my stats. Then I upgraded to an iPhone 11 and suddenly the “play” button on the daily challenge wouldn’t work. Also, all of the player controls along the bottom are now blocked by spam ads. So I made sure there was no update I needed and saw this app hasn’t been updated recently at all. I tried again and again over a few days before finally caving in and deleting the app to try and reinstall. Well... now I’ve reinstalled, lost all my stats and STILL the issues above persist. Update the app to work or you may lose players.Show lessSaphyresage

What’s happened!!! since just before Christmas the game has frozen, you can’t play any of the daily challenges, please let us know if the game is going to be fixed. I want to play the game I once enjoyed.Karianne.25

Normally I enjoy completing the daily puzzle, however like many people have commented, they are no longer working as of dec 27. Is there a fix coming? I also sent something to app support from within the game, but have not seen a response yet.Courtnay1981

I can open the daily game, but the screen freezes as soon as I try to play. This is only since Dec 27. I can play all the prior gamesCasandra-Cas
