A bit fast
Excellent playful way to learn vocabulary. You won’t learn Arabic script though. Each word comes up with the Arabic script version , and also a romanised/Latin alphabet version which is very useful for pronunciation so big tick for that. However unless you already know some Arabic script the Arabic version is pretty pointless as the characters won’t make sense and they come and go much too fast to even look at for more than a second.
I have learnt a little of the Arabic script from DuoLingo so that helps , but I think if I hadn’t I woukd feel frustrated by this aspect of Drops…
I think that’s ok as long as you bear in mind the aim of the app is learning the words not teaching you the alphabet and how to read Arabic.
One big frustration is that everything changes SOOOOO fast and you barely have time to take in the word and the fact you got it right and it has vanished instantly from the screen and another word has popped up super fast. If you get it right no sooner have you hit your answer then it vanishes. It woukd be nice to have a chance to look at the word and make a memory association with the picture. I find the pace feels a bit frenetic and stressy.
Overall though nice concept and will complement other language apps well.

I don’t usually leave reviews but Drops is unbelievable! You get 5 minutes a day to learn as much as possible, which I think is plenty of time if you have got a packed schedule. I wanted to learn for fun, so I tried other apps and those didn’t make me want to learn the language as much. They teach you basics whereas drops teaches you how you would teach a baby! Phrases and words which you can slowly piece together! Thanks so much for making your app free to an extent!

Really good!
I love this app as it provides a steady learning course for languages. It’s really good and I don’t even have premium! You may think well it’s only 5 mins a day but if you do more your likely to forget what it is. Drops also allows you to recall all the words in a separate list too!

Good, But Not Great.
I love this app, it helps me learn some Arabic but the problem is, I need to focus on only like 2 or 3 words for a while and then when i master those words, i need to move on to other words but this app gives me so many words that i get confused and i don't know which word is which, which i figure out eventually but i need to focus on a little bit of words other than 6 or 7 words at a time. Good job on making this app though, love it!
