Not enough info
The app and in-cabin heater are a great idea but the app barely gives you any information. It should tell you what the interior temperature of the vehicle is, and give you options for what temperature you want to use the heater at. I have no idea if it’s turning on every day in our garage or only at certain temperatures.
WiFi functionality would obviously be better than Bluetooth because you have to be standing so close to the vehicle to connect.
It’s also strange you can only pick two scheduled times so there is no flexibility for some of your days having different schedules.

Bluetooth connectivity
2022 Tacoma. App takes forever now, to connect. At time of writing 03 Feb 2024.
Connectivity
You have to be sitting in the vehicle to make the Bluetooth connection.
Needs fixing
I've got the latest iOS upgrade and the app now doesn't allow me to choose the length of warmup time. This is while we are in an extended cold snap. Poorly executed when previous version worked fine last winter.
Cannot connect
Unfortunately, we cannot connect to Bluetooth. Hopefully they’ll fix it asap. It’s cold!!

Not working app
Can’t pair the hub via Bluetooth. So how do I know the battery trickle charger is working and worth the money I paid for it .
Is anyone taking responsibility for this?

Terrible app, paid extra for comfort plus and the app has worked once.
