Does NOT work and support is inexistent
After over a month of attempting to contact their support, my emails were completely ignored. This product does NOT work with IADP systems. And don't expect to get your money back—it's a complete ripoff.Unable to get Support to respond
I have had this App for just over a year and has worked adequately for me. However my company has upgraded us to newer iPads and I have found that I’m unable to login into my Roster Import account to Sync it with my roster. I’ve contacted the help desk 4 times and haven’t received any response to help solve the issue. I’m now asking for a refund. Will see if they respond to this request.Show lessFantastic App

Briefing report is ready to print from home prior to a duty, saving time for a coffee at sign on.
Had cause to email support a while back (my own user error), and they were able to rectify the issue for me very quickly.
Cheaper than the “CrewMobile” app if you want to sync your schedule to iCal and view on your watch, phone, iPad etc and comes with more included features too. If you fly for Rex and considering it, I’d recommend giving this a go - I’m almost up for my 12month renewal and will be doing so without hesitation!Show lessHas not worked since July last year
2factor authorisation broke what used to be a good app. I know some have managed to keep it connecting, but everything I’ve tried has failed, so it is with some sadness that I have to unsubscribe.Disappointed
I have paid for the years subscription but still cannot get the automatic updating of my roster. For example there have been no updates that I can see since 5 days ago. Does not notify me of changes as it doesn’t update the roster.Developer Response

Having to delete and reinstall my calendar on all of my devices every week or so the calendar updates with changes really takes away the convenience of the app.

Unfortunately the calendar issue is outside of our control. We are developing a new version of the app that doesn’t rely on the Apple Calendar app so this issue will no longer exist. We will have this version available in the next two weeks.Not importing to calendar
As the partner of a flight attendant the fact the information is not being uploaded to the calendar is disappointing. The loss of this function turns it from a great tool to a very ordinary tool.

Some info is wrong and/or superfluous to my requirements.
It’s trying to solve problems that don’t exist by creating more complexity.
For example, I’m having to delete weeks of unwanted and unread daily mini-briefings.
This is better left to Dispatch on the day.
The Aircraft Rego is unreliable and constantly wrong, and I’ve just learned to ignore that and wait until I get the real info at work.
The team have finally fixed the IOS14 incompatibility problems though, but that was a big PIA.
It views well on the iPad, but the iPhone interface is marginal.
On the positive side, it gives a broad overview of your roster without loving on to the Company website.Show lessDeveloper Response
