Hi there! We have some instructions that might be able to help you out. First, Tap on the 'A' shaped icon in iMessage. Try tapping on the four-dot icon on the lower left. Then tap on the plus icon to go to the App Store for iMessage. The App Store for iMessage has three tabs: Featured, Categories, and Manage. In Manage, individually select "Morph Stickers" to add it to your iMessage app drawer, or you can choose "Automatically Add Apps" to automatically add any apps on your device that work with iMessage to your app drawer.

Get IOS 10.2 or later
Go onto iMessage and make sure you have internet connection.
Tap on a contact to access the conversation.
Don't tap on the text section, tap on the icon like the App Store logo.
Tap on the icon with four dots like a dice.
Tap on store.
Turn Morph Stickers on.

Hi there! We're sorry to hear that you've encountered some problems with our stickers. Please let us know what issues you've encountered so that we are able to assist you further. If you still prefer to uninstall the stickers, please try the following: 1. Tap on the 'A' shaped icon in iMessage. 2. Tap on the four-dot icon on the lower left. 3. This should display the iMessage compatible stickers you have downloaded. Tap and hold to activate the 'x' button to delete stickers.

I've now got to work out how to uninstall this, that has hidden itself on my phone somewhere.
