  • Time for Seniors to get healthy

    I’m a senior and thought I was doing good with just walking and hikes. This is the best workout program for seniors too. Be sure to start as Beginner and if you don’t have medicine ball, used small weights and improvise your workout. Don’t throw the weights on the ground swinging like a kettle ball weight. Enjoy getting healthier.

  • Fantastic Workout

    Shane really knows what he is doing. I’m in the blows of menopause and the weight was going up and my energy was going down. This routine has increase my energy level which allows me to do so much more. I exercise regularly now and I’m thinking clearer. No more mindless eating, no more sitting around. Im staying busy doing things that need to be done but also enjoying the things I like to do, like hiking, dancing, walking outside and soaking up the sun. The most amazing thing is I don’t have to do this routine everyday, but I still see the results. Thanks for a quick, effective workout!
