Great! (When it works!)

Used it fine for 10 days, then it decided to forget the reg of the vehicle I am using.

THATS when I just stopped bothering.

Too onerous

I almost feel like I need to be a mechanic to truthfully answer a lot of the questions.
To be expected to do this amount of checks every single day is a little excessive. Weekly I’d say and whenever you’re in a different vehicle but a daily check list could be condensed and made much simpler, just a visual walk around and function checks for example.

Remember log in details not working

It doesn’t remember my log in details when I tick the box to remember. This forces me to type in the details every time. Remove the option if it is not working!!!

Hi - we are sorry you are experiencing problems with your FleetCheck Driver App logging you out. This can be changed within the mobile settings, your fleet manager will need to do this. If they are unsure how, they can contact our support team who will be only too happy to assist.

Does what it says on the tin, with 1 small issue

Sometimes it logs you out and you have to input your credentials again, but apart from that it works

This app is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE & who ever introduced it should reconsider their position in Cadent- my canteen work???
As with All commercial Vechile- Vechile weight is the most important check !!!
as all the red stickers on the back doors of the van say!!!!! So why is this missing from this App???? Is it because as Cadent employee we have nowhere to get our vans weighed?? The management know this & turn a blind eye to it until something happens ??? Then try to blame the work force!!

Poorly designed

Poorly designed, doesn’t let you complete the form without ticking every box, even if there is a fault, in effect you have to commit fraud to complete your checks
