Waaah doesn’t work properly
I used to love this game but over the years it’s got a little worse. I didn’t have any of the problems I’ve listed below but now I have all of them:
1. An error in the fashion screen. I can’t actually change my outfit.
2. An error that occurs when you water other residents’ flowers. The game kicks you off.
3. Finally, an error in the game itself. I CAN’T ACTUALLY PLAY IT BECAUSE IT WILL KICK ME OFF WHY?!
Please fix the problems, other than that it was a good game until it wouldn’t let me play.
P.S. I was never banned so why can’t I play the game?

Love this game, but expensive and sometimes confusing or boring
It’s such a cute game and I’m obsessed w/the aesthetics of it. I just wish it was easier to earn more coins/hearts, etc. and be able to get stuff easier. This game is greedy, I would rather watch an ad to be able to get more things than spend a ton of money. Getting dupes is extremely annoying and frustrating. I wish you could pick things you actually want every now and then and didn’t need 2 of something in order to exchange. Also the events very rarely if ever give you SR items. Everything is very expensive and playing the game without spending money you earn very little, plus it’s very time consuming. The quests themselves and walking/watering plants can be VERY boring. I wish there were more actually engaging games in it. Some elements are confusing sometimes. The instructions are confusing and/or nonexistent for some things. I wish they would have built in tutorials and further explanations for little things. I don’t know how a kid would understand some of the things if I as an educated adult don’t. I love this game so much and want to keep loving it, it just is lacking a lot for people who can’t spend a ton of money, fun engaging activities, and clear easy to understand instructions for everything. Please listen to your users who are commenting on the game.

Amazing game but one problem
Whenever I go watering and I come across a very detailed house, I get kicked out of the app. Then, when I try to enter again, it’s just a white screen. It’s not that big of a problem though because I can just restart my iPad and then it’ll work again. Overall, great game, and super cute!
Edit: Please make it so you don’t need a dupe to exchange/gift it it’s so hard to get fair exchanges as a new player 😭

cute game but..
if you are a new player there are a lot of “unwritten rules” you are expected to know but will not be taught. obtaining items from other players is a hassle, unless youre willing to invest a significant amount of money monthly. otherwise its cute and kinda fun but a time sink with no afk farming

One of my fav phone games
These people DONT care at all!
Been playing this game for months and each month it's more and more evident that these developers don't care at all about their community. This game was completely unplayable for two and a half days recently in the midst of two events and then they proceeded to give us a measly tickey to make up for it then dropped two new bags while one of the events is paywalled (two of the six bags 100$) and we do not have enough coins at all due to the game not functioning. We were unable to do any of the activities that help us gather coins but of course the coin shop was fully functional. Starting to seem like they didn't meet the revenue goal this month and decided to pull this stunt to force people to spend more money to keep up with everything happening. We asked EVERYWHERE for better compensation as we lost days of grinding that would have helped us gather 2,000-3,000+ coins and we were ignored on all platforms. They constantly ignore their community and they only ever take action on is anything that allows people to save a couple of bucks in their overpriced game. These people have no respect for their community. We reached out on the chat board, notice board, event notices and even Ig and we were completely ignored so here we are.

Perfect game
This is the first game I’ve ever been able to consistently log on to every single day for 3 months, effortlessly! the pacing of everything is so well balanced and weather I spend $0 or $15-$40 I feel satisfied. As a mostly FTP player who only spends at max $40 every few months, I feel like their pieces are very fair because you can see the amount of care and effort the designers put in on each item. I feel rewarded just by simply opening the app, and honestly love to spend around 3 hours a day playing. I do not often get bored on this game as there are so many things to do and to explore and to create! and there’s always events going on that are playable even if you don’t spend money. I’m thankful this game is still running after 7 years and thankful that it was released to English audiences. In a world full of icky things this game remains to be the most safe place I’ve ever experienced on a game where you can connect with other people. I LOVE HKDV!
