App doesn’t connect
There are little to no instruction to connect app to unit. Neither in app or units instruction book.
Connection
Can’t get my Water Tester to connect at all to the app. Not a huge deal as I use other software to track to my clients pool data.
Parameters Change
Wish you could change the limits on the parameters, instead of the OR & UR..
App won’t connect to Bluetooth
On pressing the Bluetooth button on the app it crashes so it can’t sync to transfer the data. Pointless app unless fixed
Broken app
Guys the app is not working! The readings are not saved into the phone’s app even though the popup alert says it’s all done. When this happens, all the readings are gone and I have to so all the water testing again!!
Harder to use than it needs to be
I find this app very hard to use and it keeps crashing when entering values
