When I press any command Lucy just doesn’t do anything! But she still barks but when I even press a command she doesn’t even do anything at all but the app has sound but Lucy is not working at all! What did we buy this Lucy for. Just a waste of money?!Saanvi Toppo

After a good 2-3 days, the app suddenly went silent.. no sound and wouldn't connect to lucy.. What do we do with the toy now?! This has become a source of aggravation and sad ess for my child..BugsD7
