Don’t bother downloading
Once upon a time this was a brilliant game. However, now it’s just the players who are still throwing money at a dying game and running mods, oh and their numerous alt accounts. I’ve played on and off for years - there is no point now. I’m defo not spending and tbh I can’t be bothered spending hours building and maintaining alt accounts or buying mods to cheat .. the only reason I did continue to play was the friendships I made back when the game was alive.. but they’ve all got fed up and left now too !Show lessPe66les

Complete rubbish
This game has gone downhill since it was taken over several years ago. Every time there's an update it takes a few days before I can log on. However this time it's been over a week and still no joy!!Sandry5
The developer of this game runs a bot too
This game used to be a good game once upon a time. Eventually people started quitting the game and the developers created bot. That bot is nothing but a money making machine for DECA. Support is ridiculous and they simply close tickets without resolution. If you respond back to support email, that goes to a noreply mail box. This game is on its end of life. So called terms of service is a joke. TOS says no bot or external applications but DECA is running hobbitgenie and weezeewig applications that are against the TOS.Show lessMaster Ankur
Problems
I have played this game for many years. I kept getting fatal errors and needed to re log in. Ugh. I contact support to get help, but was told they can’t help me because I can’t prove it is my account. Why? Because I supposedly made a purchase from 2016. (I do not make in game purchase). You have to prove your account with 2 purchase. How is that possible if you don’t purchase. I sent them what I had and it was not enough. So if you do not purchase you can’t get logged back in due to lost password. (Wrong email on file that I’ve tried to change for years). Even though the game does not require a purchase. Customer service is no help. So disappointed after all these years of playing.Show lessladyk12000
So disappointing
I was in the game in the early years of Hobbits of KOM. Invested a substantial amount of money in it too. Met some great people and we would play long into the night. A special treat was the wheel where once a week you could get great and truly valuable prizes. Once Gaia took over the wheel was up constantly and the prizes were useless. It was a big money grab. Didn’t take long for people to leave the game. Really bad management. It amazing me that a company could take a game where people were passionately active and willing to drop lots of money and ruin it. Makes no sense.Show lessWithy221
Waste of time
This game has surpassed its sale date . It’s boring , monotonous ,full of cheating aids ,money pit and Gaea are as helpful and useful as a chocolate kettle . (My opinion ) Don’t waste your time .

Horrible customer service
I submitted a ticket well over a month ago to Gaea regarding a huge game glitch experienced. I provided them with all requested proof and screen shots. They did nothing and suddenly announced that the Deca team was working on my request. They’ve also been completely non responsive to a serious and prove able glitch. This game is the best by far.
The developers are ingame and constantly evolving the gameplay. I’ve been playing for nearly 9 years and have logged in nearly everyday. I love this game it’s a great strategy game for its era. I would have to say that it’s hard as a beginner but all alliances are very welcoming so come and give it a try.Show lessAzarastacrat
Waste of money! Seriously, please read!
I’ve unfortunately been on this far too long (~9ish years). Thankfully I’ve not spent more than $100 total in that 9 years. I pretty much stopped playing after 3 years since they are all about new gear you can get for spending big $$. This happens nearly monthly. Literally go look at the update history and you can see the bug fixes, tournament fixes, new “gear/mounts” and etc… what a joke. I’ve tried to donate my account to friends or anyone who wants an old account with gear and the game prevents it since it’s so money hungry. So if you want to have another bill of $100 a month or spending 40 hours a week to rank high in an even just to be a top player in a fantasy game, this is for you. I gave up actually trying years ago and sadly wish I knew this info from the start. Good luck to those who decide to download and ill be sad for the newbies and laughing at the OG’s.
