Great if you speak Dutch...
...Not so great if you don’t. The app says it’s got English and Dutch but it doesn’t. Given that it’s effectively useless unless you have a handy translator next to you, kind of a pointless app if you aren’t Dutch-speaking.
The second issue is that some funds/ETFs etc. are greyed-out and you can’t do anything with them via the app, you have to log onto the banking website. Thirdly, international stocks e.g. in the US are very limited, so you’re kind of stuck with high load-cost/high-rate investments rather than the option to go for something like cost-effective Vanguard funds.Developer Response
Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the app is currently only available in Dutch. The app is developed for Dutch ING customers and for certain products it is indeed required to log in into Mijn ING.Still doesn’t work on iPhone 12 Pro and 14.3
Despite new release still can’t activate the app. Absolute failure.
No it still doesn’t work. As reported earlier the sign up flow hangs in the screen where you have to decide to turn on Face ID now or later.
This is a bug in the app where it doesn’t recognize the “buttons” at the bottom.
If I could give it 0 stars I would.Developer Response
