So many flaws it makes my head spin. Inventory sometimes doesn’t transfer over after accepting it. Invoice sales show up on the reports screen, yet the product doesn’t always come out of inventory, which can be a planning nightmare, not to mention the headache of having to manually fix the numbers. Nice try, but you’ve got a lot of work to do...

Vender

I like using my phone and not having to carry around the computer with me. As for the app it has its pros and cons I guess. To me it’s a step forward apps are easily edited and updated they are of course never without their glitches tho, but Problems people have with the app can be addressed and fixed.
It seems faster creating new shelf sets using the app rather than my old CN70. And tho I have only been using it a few days now I haven’t had any problems of great significance. This app h

Zebra printer fix

Call ideas and get them to send you printer settings that turns off the sleep mode. I rarely have to reconnect the printer if ever anymore. It works great now. And for those of you that are whining about not enough stale history on my business I have a fix for you too. If you pick it up more than three times take it out of the shelf set and the store never has it again. It’s not ideas or MyBusiness app fault you don’t have enough brain cells to pickup less stale.

No way to track stales

The app itself is much easier than the old handheld to see but being unable to keep up with stales is a serious lack to an upgrade. It would be helpful to see a history on stales while you make your order instead of trying to keep up with forty or fifty stores a week in your head. I can see what I order for past weeks which is great but it defeats the purpose if i am ordering too much of what I got rid of the prior weeks. Please look in to this!

Long ways to go

I really wanted to change back after my first few weeks on the app bu Noooo. I hear about how everyone loves the new app. Total BS. There is nothing on this app that is better than my previous handheld.
1. Have to manually Reconnect to printer 10 times a day.
2. Can’t edit invoices.
3. No more start of days. DAR report is NEVER correct. I have no clue how much I owe the bakery from day to day.
4. Can not get costs on your manifests. Don’t know what I’m paying for anything from McKee. Promise it will be fixed but I haven’t seen it.
5. When doing weekly order, inventory does not show what was on hand when ordering previous week.
6. Adds 30 minutes to my day EVERY DAY!!!!! Stay on your handheld as long as you can.

Needs a lot of work

Spencer’s mentioned a lot of problems other problems as being able to delete an invoice or edit after it has been printed also manual invoices and being able to see what you orderd last week/ last year for that week to be able to do an on point order. This is simple stuff that we had on our handheld before and it is striped away from us on this “upgrade” I feel like this new system is way to limited and instead of being able to do new things it feels like it does much less.

Great option a lot of bugs

They still have a lot to work on and other reviews are accurate every new update holds a special surprise bug but previous bugs get fixed

Still needs work

There needs to be
- a way to keep track of stale that was removed from a store. And it should be displayed while you are ordering
- a way to tell how much was on the shelf of the store before u brought more into the store. This should also be displayed at the time of order
- an easier way to sell stale to discount stores
- and for whatever reason the “swipe left to open menu” does NOT work. Whatever you do please address this first!!!
- connectivity issues with the printer, and now because there’s no “swipe to open menu” I have to restart my whole order if I lose connectivity
