  • Reminder of the event

Wish we could get a pop up abt an hour before saying you have an event

That is a great idea! Thank you!
  • Needed updates

The app leaves a lot to be desired!
-need to be able mark messages as read or unread.
-need to be able to separate inbox for different teams, not have all messages for multiple teams all together. TeamSnap has this worked out well.
-need to be able to switch calendar views to see just one team or all teams combined. Would be good to be able to color coordinate the teams for display on calendar.
-need to be able to see a number on the app logo showing unread messages.
-need to have individual texting options and to view the parents also.

  • So slow!

This app is incredibly slow. Every click takes several seconds for the app to load. It is a waste of time. The dates for each event do not show your current RSVP status requiring a click to open the date and see if I have RSVPed. Additionally, the reminders for events do not include my current response, forcing me to respond again just to be sure my status is accurate. Finally, the chat feature is annoying because messages don’t come through email. Therefore teammates who do not download the app do not receive chat messages. They only receive communication sent via email. Overall- slow, cumbersome, inefficient and ineffective app.

  • Slow loading and 4 clicks to chat

Using this app is painfully slow! Every click takes time to load the page. It takes 4 clicks to reach the team chat. That’s way too many clicks. And it would be so much more helpful if my rsvp appeared on the schedule, rather than having to click the event to see if I rsvp’d or not. When reminders are send out about upcoming events it would be great if the message indicated my current status so I don’t have to click “yes attending” again and wait for the page to load.

  • Great but huge recent Chat issue

The app has been great for my team but recently, the Chat function has not been working and that’s huge. It’s been telling me that there are no new messages but our team has clearly communicated prior. I can see the notifications on my Lock Screen but the messages don’t show when I click on Chat.

I have signed in/out and have also deleted the app and redownloaded. Still having the same issue.

Any thoughts here? User error with something, Account issue?

I have two teams that I am a part of. I’m a coach for one of them and just a parent for the other.

  • Easy to Use and No Ads

My daughters teams use TeamSideline app for softball and using the app has made coaching their teams so easy. All the info from the league is automatically added so I don’t have to input anything. Plus, there are no ads which I hated with TeamSnap. Love it.
  • Quick View

When viewing on calendar the list of upcoming events, it would be nice if we can see location and what availability we put for our child, rather than having to open each event to see such information
  • Please update with notification alerts..

Just simple fact this app does not alert you of notifications like if you received any messages you physically have to open the app to see anything is absolutely inconvenient. Most apps alert your that you have received a message or whatever and you’ll get a notification. Not this app.
  • Poll and app?

I find it annoying that I have gone into the app and marked “attending” more than 4 weeks out for practices and games and still get an email that is taking a poll, asking if I am attending, the day before. Not sure if it’s the system or lazy coach.
  • Functionality stinks

Every time I login, 3/4 of the data is missing. I have to click on multiple tabs (family/friends, upcoming, current etc) and then go back to Home Screen. Once I’ve done that and then click on upcoming events, things start to load. The whole point of the app is for quick data functionality and it fails at that instantly.
