Doesn’t work
Been an AmeriSpeak member for quite some time, and figured it was worth getting the app. Unfortunately it simply does not work. Opens, then immediately crashes. Hopefully it will be fixed at some point? Very disappointing to be honest.Asthmatic Monkey

I’ve been doing the surveys for a couple of years. I just looked and I’ve cashed out $460 worth of Amazon gift cards. The surveys don’t take too terribly long. I pretty much do all the surveys that are offered. My 15 year old does them too and gets reimbursed. They always ask my permission before sending him one and I get 1,000-2,000 points regardless of if I say yes or no. I’m all about the free money :)Melissa0902

Absolute Worst
If I could give zero stars, I would. You log in, click on literally anything, & it crashes. Tried it several different times, & the result is the same. Completely useless. I had downloaded this app a couple years ago or so & it was the exact same. Was hoping they’d have tried to fix it by now.Jasmine Laci
Haven’t let me down yet.
I have been doing surveys here for a couple years. I have received enough points to get over 300.00 worth of gift cards. Only once that I can recall, in the time I’ve been using the app, did it give me any issues. Problem was resolved quickly.
I do wish there were more surveys. Ok, so I’m being a little greedy ;)
In all seriousness, there are times where you can go a couple of months without seeing a survey. Then BAM. Back to back to back!!!

I have contacted customer service, they have asked to provide details if the problems with the app. After that: not another word or solution!
I am doing my share of surveys for years, but now that I want to use the app... the app does not work at all.
Looks like I have to keep doing my surveys on the computer.
But I like the concept and the surveys. Just fix the appAnneMarieR

I got an invitation from them in the mail months ago but it got misplaced in a stack of mail, I just found it today and decided to join. It promised me 25000 bonus points for completing my first 15 minutes survey. That first survey was immediately available to me after joining in the form of an informational survey about me that they wanted to collect. I completed the survey and immediately was able to cashout the 25000 points for a $25 gift card from a wide variety of gift card options. I work a lot of survey apps and I’ve got a good feeling that I’m really gonna enjoy this app.SugarLove22
Doesn’t work
Only shows the name of the app and the NORC symbol. I’d much rather be able to complete surveys instead. :)BD_UVU_BYU
