Dreadfully slow it’s unusable
I wanted to like this app but it’s so slow, even selecting photos was a pain, decided to find another file transfer solutionkkkat2244

Fast. Simple.Efficient.
Forget laborious file sending apps that upload and then you send a link etc.
If you are sending files from your iphone or ipad to your desktop computer ( or vice versa), this app is so quick and easy I wish I’d found it sooner.
Brilliant app. I happily paid the $8 Australian to remove the ads (which were a real pain).

Computer transfer
Always worked ok, great app, but stopped working today, won’t connect to send to computer (win 10) deleted and reinstalled the app but still won’t connect.sh_wizard_1

The wireless photo transfer works well, BUT what would really make the app complete would be an option to transfer from iPhone to pc with a wired connection. My pc has no internet, so I have to get the photos on my Mac and use a USB flash drive to transfer them. Not the end of the world, but inconvenient.Show lessuse player 13
Something has changed
I’ve been using this app for many years on several different phones. It is easy to use to send single pictures or a zip files of pictures to my computer. TODAYSomething has changed and the zip files are now sent empty. I have tried several browsers and reset both my computer and my phone to no change. I love this app and would love to keep using it but I can’t if this is not fixed.Show lessMarvinator2003

How the heck do you select “all” photos in this app. The only option send to be Recent, and it decides arbitrarily, it seems, what you can pick.meriachee

One would think behemoths like Apple and Microsoft could somehow figure out how to successfully move data from a iPhone to Windows 10. Apparently not. This app is a lifesaver and very very well engineered. Thank you!znelson
