Not a good app
I love CUofCO!! Great credit union. The online app is great too. But the cards app always gives me problems. I wish I didn’t have to delete and reinstall all the time.Lil Rambo22
App doesn’t work at all
The app won’t let me login to my account. It keeps saying my password is incorrect, but when I login to my account online or the other banking app it works just fine. I remember having this app when I first opened my account and it worked well, but one day it logged me out and I wasn’t able to login anymore. I had hoped it gotten fixed within the past 3 years, but guess not.Show lessLynn1172662

May have some bugs
The app is not letting in to lock my card or unlock it sometimes and I have to uninstall to get it to do that. HORRIBLE FIX THE BUGS!!!postmate kud

I’ve never been truly happy with my financial institutions before. Credit Union of Colorado is great. The apps and online banking work are easy and work really wellmtmodeer
Not working
App doesn’t work with the latest version of IOS or something. Will not let me turn on any functions for my cards such as, transaction notifications, declined notifications, low balance, etc. please fix this as it helps me keep track of what I am spending and it lets me know once transactions process.Show lessANNOYED1234;678272)2)2)2
Can’t access
Installed and set it up, and now all I now get when opening the app is sorry unable to process, try again later. Every single time. Have tried removing and reinstalling and it still happens. Not worth it. Disappointing.JustabitCrazy
Card Control Feature Not Available on Website?!
I have been trying to access the card app all week and I keep getting - "Error: Sorry, we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later." This is NOT a maintenance issue because I've been trying everyday at different hours and always the same message! I locked my cards and now I’m unable to UNLOCK THEM!!! Why isn't the card control feature available on the website?!?!
Two apps from CUOFCO, one for banking and one for card controls, ZERO integration between the two and ZERO option to access to card control feature on the main website = HUGE FAIL!!!Show lessR3d Shirt
