No customer support!
My app has been locked for days, I call the helpline, it rings then cuts, when I get through I waste my time on the queue then it cuts! I chat with support and before I can say a word the chat crashes, when I email, no response for 2 days and still waiting! Can I give a worse review ? What a shambolic mess!

I am not sure it can be improved considering no step has been taken by promoters to fix issues raised by other reviews of 3years ago I can read here.

Thanks for the very valuable feedback, Titus. Of course we have a login screen. That's about the first functional page while setting up your app (after accepting our Ts & Cs). As can be seen on this screenshot referenced here https://bit.ly/3irzaig , the 3rd screen during setup has an option for 'Sign up or login'. After you've entered your email for login; if you have an existing profile/profiles on Remita, the app automatically onboards them and requests that you simply provide your password to gain access to the profile/profiles. Subsequently, login into the app is as simple as a one touch fingerprint or facial scan from your device. Also note that the app has undergone several iterations mostly based on user feedback such as yours. In fact the most recent iteration was last month on the 15th of December 2020, as can be verified on app store. We take our quality of service very seriously and all our application undergo stringent scrutiny and usability tests before being released to the public. Your feedback is well noted and we will continue to improve so as to serve you better.

Hi Toomann, We are happy to announce that you can now print receipts from the app. There's a report feature on the app from which you can view your transaction history with accompanying receipts, directly in PDF. You could send this to your printer from your phone to print out your receipts. Kindly update your app on the store to enjoy this and other exciting features. Regards.
