- Dealers can invite their trusted buyers (wholesalers or other dealers) from within the app to bid for vehicles. - Seller now has the ability to add a reserve price when creating a bid request. - Seller has the ability to counter bids received below the reserve at the end of the auction. - Buyers can review photos, video and condition of the vehicle before bidding. - Dealers can send bid requests to either their trusted buyers or all buyers within VidBid - Ability to relist an auction if the auction did not receive any bids - Other minor bug fixes and improvements

This release of the VidBid application has some significant changes: • All Vehicles will now have a timer associated with the auction. Once the timer has reached zero the high bid will be sent directly to the seller. • The seller can accept, reject or has a one time chance to counter bid. If the seller counter bids the buyer has the opportunity to accept or counter bid. At that point if the seller counter bids the buyer can accept or reject. The winning bid amount will be shown on completed auctions. • Application does no longer crash for users who were trying to submit a vehicle from the old version of the app
