Zero customer service; breach of agreement

The app's password reset email button is defunct. I am virtually locked out of an app that I pay a monthly service for. I've sent two emails to the "support" email with zero response. Really frustrating.

Buggy

I’ve been using this app for a couple of months now and up until now for the most part it’s been a good experience. However, I just went from the 4.99 plan to the 9.99 plan so I can sync a second Instagram profile and it won’t let me add it. it says that I already synced it, but it doesn’t show up anywhere.

LOOOVE THIS APP!

Thank you Link My Photos! I have been searching for an alternative to Curalate since I do not want to open a Facebook business page. This is PERFECT.

It took just minutes for me to link all my photos and add to my IG. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I don’t need the scheduler at this time so I’m not sure how that accept works but WHO CARES!? If you want each photo/post on IG linked to your blog posts or products-this is the way to go!

You cannot unsubscribe on this app and they will ignore all your emails to unsubscribe and keep taking money from your account

Fast response to the issues

Issue was fixed within a few days(see the issue below). It looks like a handy app, we will give it a go. Very please with fast response of the team, great work! So changing ⭐️ to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Previous Issue: Unfortunately app is poorly developed. After you connect Instagram and you ARE actually on your insta page it still asks you to log in and sends you back to the same window.

Instagram recently had a partial outage preventing anyone from connecting an Instagram account to Link My Photos. The issue has been marked as resolved. Please try again, and if you experience any trouble, reach out to hello@linkmy.photos so we can help you get up and running!

Doesn’t work

My Instagram is hooked up to Facebook. I tried 3 different browsers on my computer and this app on my iPhone. All I get are error messages no matter which way I try to login and set up Link My Photos. Too bad.

App is not letting me paste and save links to photos. The need to release an update to fix this on the mobile version.

Great customer service

I wanted to give a shoutout for the great customer service I’ve received the few times I’ve had a problem. Like anything technology related, you do have to expect a few glitches. They were always prompt with a reply and worked with me till I had it solved - even if it was my error.

Had high hopes but app fell short

The app isn’t updating in real-time and because I have a posting schedule, I have no time to be waiting on the app to update. It’s been over an hour and my last 3 posts have still not loaded to the app.
