A must for homebuilders!!!
As any homebuilder knows, the toughest part of building comes after the building is complete. There is always a list of deficiencies and defects when a client takes possession of their new home. Getting trades to come back and finish these little items is one of the most challenging things to manage as a builder. Clients get increasingly frustrated when things don’t get finished up and time passes without much movement on the to do list. After our company started using this system, our trades were reminded weekly to go and finish up what they need to do. The system is automatic, so there’s no more chasing down trades or reminding them all the time. There’s no excuses anymore. The trade receives a list of what they need to do, they know the address and often times even have a method to call and schedule directly with the homeowner. Since using this system our clients are no longer frustrated with seeing months and months go by without anything on the list getting scratched off. Our clients rave at how well we take care of them after they move in. This has done absolute wonders for our company. Out of all the various apps and software solutions our company uses... this one has had the biggest impact on actually making us more organized and efficient.
