    One of the worse app ever
  • Hot garbage

    Mauritius banking are decade behind
    Its like they just learned what the internet is.

    Never works when you need it to

    It will kick you out for literally any reason…
    WiFi is enabled Data is enabled
    Location is enabled
    Time out
    Have to re input all the login/ password information.

    It’s frustrating

    Have to delete and reinstall constantly

    Have to call customer service for basic access

    Will not transfer/ pay your credit if the if you are any where outside of Mauritius due to different timezone
    No way to manually change the timezone for transactions

    The loading time is insanely slow and if you tap the button too fast it will assume your a bot and force kick you out of the application with not way for you to relog in you will have to delete the app reinstall and call the very bad customer for them to let you access
    And you will have to recharge all your pin

    If you do any type of payment or transfer that requires a transaction password too “often” it will force you to change the password multiple times
    You will lose track of how many different passwords/pin and often login information

    By downloading this app get ready to spend most of your time dealing with there really bad customer (everytime you have to use “banking”)

    Such a big bank and such rubbish app!!! This is unbelievable in the digital age!!! Hopefully the bank will wake up and invest heavily in getting a near decent app!!!!!!! I wanted to give minus one star
  • Worst Mobile Banking App

    As one of the leading bank in Mauritius, this is by far the worst app for such a big bank present around the globe. Why don't you invest in something which is not clunky, user friendly, and useful.
    Was this done by the lowest bidder?
    Please upgrade your app.

    Very mediocre for a bank.

    Feature do not work, keeps crashing.

    Updated to the latest version and it does not work.

    Am living in the UK and cannot get the app that will work on my iPhone in UK.
    The app that is on the App Store is for Mauritius!!
    The Kenyan AppStore’s app won’t work in UK either!!!
    How can diaspora customers ofSBM Bank do their banking???
  • Worst Banking App

    Worst banking app ever. Juice is way way way better. Get some better developers to develop your app. Thats y most of my transactions are MCB based. SBM is just lagging behind

    Last update is awful. Although my phone is connected to wifi, the app kept saying connection status failed. Very disappointing from a bank which can’t be contacted during weekends and now my digital service doesn’t work. I am at the mercy of fraudsters!!!
  • Cannot update

    Latest version refuses to update. Come on SBM fix this for good. Juice is light years ahead
