  • Really useful

I use this app to log daycare hours for family’s that bring children to my daycare. It works really well, but I wish it would allow more than 5 jobs to be filtered in the log. I can record more “jobs”, but past 5 I’m not able to filter them and they are always seen so I can’t just export one family their hours without the additional families hours being seen.

  • Highly recommend

I work as a Nanny and was scammed by a previous employer. So I bought this app and absolutely love it. It is extremely easy to use, I don’t have to pull up a calculator, a pen and pad to configure my hours like I had been doing. It’s done automatically. My job also pays me 2 different sums for day/night shifts which this app easily accommodates for. Each day/night shift is color coded, the $/hr are noted, and all I have to enter is the hours I worked and the math is done by the app. I love that I can see what my total hrs are and what my total earned income is at the top of each week. It encourages me to continue working lol I also like that I can keep notes for every shift. I use the notes to keep track of what I did that day so I can easily refer to it if there’s a discrepancy between me and my employer. Luckily for me, there hasn’t been with this new family and I’ve earned 6k this month. So the fee for this app is minuscule. I can’t think of any suggestions I’d make, which is rare. Great app, highly recommend!!

  • I like it but….

I just started using this app to keep track of multiple jobs. I’m pretty happy with it, but there’s one big miss as far as I’m concerned.
When exporting a summary in an Excel spreadsheet, it doesn’t total the hours or the pay…. Which makes it kind of useless when sending it to an employer for payroll purposes. I sent my spreadsheet to my payroll person today and she snipped at me that it was a nice enough spreadsheet, but it would be nicer if it actually included the total. 🤦🏻‍♀️ so much for looking organized and professional. ☹️

  • Tutoring

Useful for private teaching of differing rates.
However I would like to be able to select different currencies as teach in different countries.
Also I don’t seem to able to continue the same info on iPad and iPhone. I don’t really want to do double entries. Is this possible?
Also an option to have weekly repeated hours would be useful.
    Thanks

  • Embracing my new career!

I’ve been charting my hours and notes ‘Pen to Paper’- old school! Looking back in my “Log Book”, I sometimes can’t read my chicken scratch upon entry at the time… This App keeps me from interpreting my scribbles. So far, so good…. I haven’t sent out my logged-in hours to my clients as of today, but I’m sure they will be appreciative of the legible and organized billing. It’s legit Ya’ll!! (this app and my accurate calculations).

  • Seulement payant et pas parfait

Ne devrait pas figurer dans les app gratuites
  • Really easy to use and works great.

Amazing app everything works great and there are no flaws even tho some of the paid features should be included or atleast allow you to add 2 jobs
  • Doesn’t subtract breaks thus 4 not 5 stars

I paid $30 for a one year subscription. This app should automatically subtract break times from daily totals. Even if this app were free it should do that. Otherwise I am happy with this time tracker. It is very simple and easy to use. I like that it is not over ladened with all sorts of bells and whistles

  • New feature request

It’s a really great app, but I wish it had a widget that I could just take a glance at instead of having to go into the app seeing what hour I’m on. I highly doubt they’ll add it since the last update was two years ago, but it would be really nice.
