    Can you guys update the app I can’t connect my bike to it

    I recently purchased d3+ I downloaded app so I can change factory code on my e bike soon as I changed it I wasn’t able to get back in with code I changed to now brings up error code( qqWWgg ) please help me so I can give a five star ratting have spoken to jakob at DYU and apparently it’s a app issue please help me out guy my bikes just a normal push bike till I get this sorted🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

  • Problems with the DYU D3

    I cant adjust speed with it.
    Startup settings doesn't work.
    Cant lock it.
    App crash when you go on Basic Information

    Please update it !!!!!!

  • Lower top speed

    Good app. The only problem is that after the update to the new version, the top speed went down from 30kmh to 25kmh. Thanks DYU! Also, I’ve lost a lot of speed going uphill and the battery drains a lot faster.

    *review update*
    After losing the old top speed and the app administration failing to update the app on the app store, i deleted the dyu app, ran the battery down on my bike. I did this by leaning the bike against the bed on cruise control with the lights on. When the motor died i left it until the lights and display went dark. I then downloaded the e-c supplies app (which is found below this review) it is exactly the same as this dyu app and when linked back to the bike, hey presto! Back to 30kmh top speed, speedier uphill and battery usage back to normal. I hope it works for you. I would also recommend turning off automatic updates just in case it changes the speed of the e-c app.

  • Up to 30km/h

    The speed on this e-bike through this app used to be “up to 30km/h.” What happened with this last update????
    Now the speed through this app will only let you choose up to 25km/h. Why would you do this???? I had quite a few people sold on buying a this e-bike because of the convenience and most importantly the speed. If this isn’t fixed soon I will have to go back and tell these people to look elsewhere. Not a very happy person!!!! Please fix this very soon!!!!

  • Maybe needs an update

    So I’m not sure how to rate this so I marked 3 stars. Last April I purchased the D1 model and the app connects quickly. I recently purchased two of the D2F model and the app never sees them. I have read online that others are having the same issue. I find it hard to believe that so many bikes could have a Bluetooth hardware problem when the ebikes quality in the first model was its main selling point.

    Could this year old app be part of the issue...? Myself and others believe it just might be.

    Perhaps DYU could look into this...?
