I am only a Swans Trust Supporters Club Member and Not an an Official Swansea City Football Club Member so I cant really review this app based on the fact that it has nothing whatsoever to do with the swans trust supporters club and is more for Swansea City AFC which of course you have sent me sevral emails telling me that you do not do or sell Swansea City AFC Memberships So I cant make any comment to Swansea City AFC Thanks

Doesn’t work on an iPhone
If you’ve got an iPhone, you may as well just get rid of this app. It’s pathetic. Nothing works on it (links to buy tickets/links to view this season’s kits). Terrible, terrible, terrible
Live Stream Issues
The app constantly drops or won’t stream the live video feed of the games. It’s also difficult to navigate through your preferences etc. For the cost of the streaming it should be much more user friendly and bug free.

Everything is good other than the fact that most of the team isn’t right now Allen isn’t their but most of the player that aren’t in the team anymore is their joe Allen along with other players aren’t able to be picked when you predict the line up yet player we don’t have can be picked makes no sense

Audio commentary
My husband who is blind cannot access audio commentary. The listen box is no longer there, just the watch box . Please fix

What would make it 5 stars if they had full match replays after every game
Used to work, but doesn’t anymore
I’m on an older iPhone running 12.5.4, but the notes say this should be compatible for iOS 11 and up. Since the recent updates it no longer opens. So useless really.
This app is no good for season ticket holders atrocious
This app is not user friendly been trying to get access to my season ticket for a fortnight Please sort this out ASAP

Still unable to load this app on 2 different iPads. App opens and then immediately crashes.
