Random Texts
I keep getting other people’s text notifications with their phone numbers and text messages. They are not from my company, or in my contacts. They do not show up in the app history, only on my phone home page as a notification. What in the world!? I looked up the phone number on Google, and see that it’s from a company in a different city that has nothing to do with my company.

Update complications
After the last update 3 days ago I’ve been having a lot of issues transferring calls. I get a transfer failed message and my client gets hung up on by the app.
Before this update I had no issue with the app, but it is a bit of an inconvenience and usually I wouldn’t post here but I have no other way to reach out to the developers.

Poor Support
If you don’t use the app for a few days, it goes offline. Then if someone tries to call you, you miss the call. Our company is losing business because of this app. I’ve contacted support several times of this critical problem and never get a reply.
Defective
While checking messages I was disconnected no fewer than 10 times, almost after every other message, defeating the only purpose of the app

Used to work well but has gotten progressively worse to the point that it’s completely unusable.
We only use this for calling and I suffer from constant issues with calls connecting or dropping.
Recently I’ve started having issues with double calls. So I answer one, get a few seconds, and then it comes through again and disconnects the first one.
The website works fine but is less ideal.

Great business mobile app
This is a great app. It must be correctly activated and connected to your hosted PBX. For SMS, you must ask your provider to enable business sms, start a sms campaign for your company, and get it approved which may take 3-4 weeks. All hosted PBX providers will ask you to provide your campaign details and have no control on how long it takes for approval. Most of the reviews here are inaccurate. Phone, video, and chat works great. SMS must have an approved campaign with your hosted PBX provider. My team and I use this app every day for our business lines on the go. Great way to carry your business line, extension, and business chat with you. Great mobile PBX app overall.

Call quality is usually bad.

Bluetooth/Carplay Issues
The app has a delay issue when using bluetooth/carplay, this leads to both sides hearing each other late and talking over each other, making it impossible to have a conversation without massive pauses between. There is a setting for handsfree mode however it makes no difference, don’t have this issue with any other soft phones.
