Complete waste of time - no communication!
We tried to use this App in France for our trip to Barcelona. We had used the SNFC service, and they have been amazing, ( however you can only book by phone) thought we had struck gold with an App to make the booking with Renfe, but alas, total fail. No communication what so ever? And can only book for assistance if you have your own wheelchair- not of any use to us, as we needed the wheelchair to get to the train and platform. Sorry but you are on your own, suggest you go to the station early and join the ques trying to get assistance.
