  • Pop up cancer

    Seems like if you don’t do the premium membership, you’re bombarded with ads. User experience is terrible and staggered by the popups.
    Also, you don’t seem to get an option to disagree with a “diagnosis”. I definitely don’t have bugs on my plant.

    We are sorry to read this review. Ads is our way to keep the app free for everyone. We try to keep the rate low, one Ad is being displayed from the moment you opened the app to the moment you received a diagnosis. This Ad is presented when you wait for the image to finish processing. Having said that we understand that it might have a negative impact on your experience.   • Didn’t find it helpful

    I downloaded this app in hopes it would help me diagnose several plant issues. I wanted to try it first, and so I used a free version. None of my questions were answered. I posted several pictures of my plants in the community section, and neither the “experts” nor members of the community have responded.
    I see once in a while an expert would respond to someone else’s post. I bet that’s because that person paid for the app. Regardless, it seems a bit odd that only some posts are being responded to and the majority are being ignored.

    Hello, thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are sorry to read that you didn’t get the help that you need. The app provides unlimited identifications for free that are based on our artificial intelligence solution. The AI improves all the time and we are able to add plants, and plants’ problems on a daily basis. For large number of plants we already provide a very good solution and in the long run this is how we plan to support the ever growing community of users and plants and problems diversity. Unfortunately the experts cannot answer all the questions due to limit of time, and therefore we expect users that want a human expert advice to subscribe. This is the only way in which we can provide a human assistance in a sustainable way. It is explained in the on-boarding page. The community is growing and we are providing with tools that we hope can help with easy communication inside the community. When the symptoms are clear we see good response rate from the community. We encourage you to try to upload several images that show the problem. If you can email us with your username we can try to provide more feedback and try to see what went wrong. We hope to see you again in the future.
  • Great app experience

    I had a very sick plan and was worried about the health so I download the app and posted a comment to see if anybody would respond. The company stepped in and responded on behalf of the community which was super helpful.

  • Got to have this!

    I just downloaded the app on my iPhone. It is very helpful in identifying prevention of insects and pest infestations. It is fast and very useable on a phone. I tend to use an iPad, but find it too cumbersome to take to the garden. This is fantastic and has already helped me develop plans to safe guard my garden. I have used other apps, but usually must wait to get answers or solutions to problems. I’m excited to use the photo submission to identify my problems.

  • Knowledgable and quick!

    I was trying to find answers to my plant problems on google for hours! Submitted pictures and they responded within minutes. You guys rock!

  • Glitchy app

    App freezes and glitches up randomly. Also failed to identify disease cause on capsicum. Navigation/flow of app isn’t the best experience either. Attempts to push you into an expensive subscription during setup and hides the button to exit it. Not recommended.
