Didn’t work
The app has great audio tours but the audio tour I purchased never download. It doesn’t show up on the app but I did get charged for it.

Dear user, we are sorry for the inconvenience. Please email us at innovation@coopculture.it indicating the audio guide that presented the download problem. You can send us your purchase receipt for reimbursement. Thank you
Doesn’t work
Don’t waste you time downloading this app as it can’t find your museum as advertised and cannot find any museums in the city you are in. (I am in Pavia and it cannot find Musei civici di pavia and their wifi also doesn’t work so you have to use you own data too)
