- Icons in the Action menu at the bottom of the Your Report page have been repositioned so that no overlap occurs with other page elements. - Camera functions (flash, switch camera, etc.) have been moved to the “safe area” of the camera page for greater stability. Also, controls have been added to the wHS menu to allow for more obvious closing. - If a user scanned an invalid QR code during the setup process, the resultant message referred to a different Frontier Software product. This anomaly has now been corrected. - Previously, when the WHS²¹ app was used to generate a safety report that included carriage returns in text fields, these were being displayed in the ichris/chris21 interfaces as newline characters "\n". Carriage returns are now displayed as expected in those interfaces.

WHS²¹ Include Report Type in Saved Reports page The WHS²¹ app allows users to save unfinished safety reports for later completion and submission. The report type (e.g. Accident, Near Miss, Hazard) of the saved reports will now be displayed, so users can more easily identify which report is which. WHS²¹ Saved Reports to show translations Previously, when a user saved an unfinished safety report on the WHS²¹ app, the translations of some fields were no longer visible. E.g. The Physical Location code would be displayed but not its translation, meaning that users unfamiliar with the codes would now know which location was being referred to.

Ability to write safety reports with a disabled camera/photo gallery Work H&S is designed to be photo-friendly. Users can easily include new and existing photos with their safety reports. If users chose to disable access to the camera or photo gallery however, it was previously not possible to complete a safety report. This anomaly has been rectified. Safety reports can now be submitted regardless of whether your device has access to the camera or photo gallery.

Description of Workplace H&S

The Workplace H&S app gives staff a way to quickly log safety events and hazards. The intuitive interface allows a report to be generated with just a few clicks. Workplace Health and Safety officers can be notified of the problem instantly, and staff don’t need to spend time filling out forms. The Workplace H&S interface can be configured to use the same terminology and rating scales that you use now. Minimise your training and take-up time by giving your staff a tool that uses terms they already know. We know that a picture tells a thousand words. Workplace H&S allows staff to attach multiple photos to their report, so they can SHOW you what’s wrong instead of just telling you. Workplace H&S - empowering your staff to make your workplace safer. This app requires your organisation to have installed Frontier Software’s Workplace Health and Safety WHS21 module.
