After many nights of being blinded by the light, we finally decided enough is enough. With this release, we have introduced darkmode! We want you to be able to log or read articles in the evenings without suffering from the bright whites of our normal colors. You can now take advantage of a darker theme in Painscale and give your eyes a rest.

Reviews of PainScale

  • Invaluable

Have been using pain scale to track and monitor my pain. Logging is simple and intuitive. Articles about difference in types of pain are instructive and helpful. While my pain differs from anyone else, as all pain suffers know, I’m able to glean information from the myriad of pains out there. Highly recommend just for the tracking portion of the app. Everything else is golden.
  • Good app

I started sending a review because I got the map and the segments where not as shown when I purchased the app.
This is an option in the upper right corner. You CAN change body maps. It will erase all data from previous but this more segmented map is what should appear in the app when you open it. It is MORE appealing with more options to choose your pain location and many people will not figure this out. You should change that quickly.
So when one opens the app they see what they have indeed purchased and not something else, initially getting bummmed that it’s not what the purchased page showed and much later finding out it was there as an option. Weird business if you ask me.
  • This is great

This is honestly one of the more streamlined, yet in death trackers I’ve seen. It’s not laborious to do which means I can do it quickly.

One thing I do wish they added:::::
Was possibly a duration addition to the Pain Log. This matters since if you take medication, did the medication work on the pain that is another thing but also the duration of pain could be a good thing to track on how frequently throughout the day were you in pain. that’s one feature of other apps that I’ve seen but it’s always clunky and never effectively done. I think there’s a huge potential for this app to have it done well.
