This app is indescribably bad as a UI / UX. The login is so complicated and does not send 2FA emails for many minutes if at all. If you try to use Face ID, the app crashes EVERYTIME. This app is supposed to help you with your healthcare, not raise your blood pressure every time you try to access it. RIDICULOUS
