When it comes to customer service these guys are top notch.Worst app ever
I have been in restoration for 8 years and have worked with several apps this one is the most un user friendly took me a few hours just to add pics to a existing claim loss of rooms from different days just the worst experience I’ve ever had with a app our business stop using the lead company just because of the appShow lessDeveloper Response
Sorry you feel this way. We have many users who like the way the app works and find it reduces the time to enter required readings and photos. By design you cannot add photos to previous days readings as that can be misleading. You can quickly add photos for up to 4 hours after readings have been entered for that room or material. After the 4 hours has expired (eg. on the second day) you must update your room and material readings and during that process you can add new photos. These rules are in place to improve data integrity and prevent misleading information. Our training department is available to provide training 1-855-448-0777Needs updating
Please update this so when we go to update readings and materials, the materials are always gone and we’re forced to create new ones and then we’re out of compliance because of this. Needs major update. Costing us hundreds per month it being out of date.Developer Response
