The first issue with this app is that there’s no way to reset your password. Due to the constant need to update it (as per the banks security measures), you can never remember your password. Unlike the mobile banking app where you’re able to answer a few security questions to reset, you must call the bank. Which by the way, must be during normal business hours. Sort of defeats the purpose of paying $25 per month to have 24/7 access / remote deposit. There have been several instances where the app has rejected checks, or had incorrect check totals. In that case, you have to delete the check and start over. Also, occasionally the system doesn’t let you in, even with a correct password. It’s frustrating beyond belief. I am hoping the dime bank improves this app ASAP because it’s certainly not worth the $25 per month that I am being charged!!! Sincerely, one very unhappy business customer.
