Change isn’t good!
I used to be able to view all letters from firefly app (this is the only useful function on app). Now when you click on messages - it comes up with all letters without title so you’d have to click into each to find out what the letter was about. What’s the point of having a function that’s not useful at all? Search also didn’t work. Disappointing.

Please hire some designers
Considering children and parents have to rely on this product to connect with their children’s education I’m pretty unhappy at how poor the implementation is. Bugs aside which are regular the general quality is dreadful. The only saving grace is it’s free and not quite as painful as the website.

You people need some UX professionals to sort this out!

Doesn’t appear to work.
Poor UX design - clickable items should look like buttons.

I can view my child’s tasks but nothing else works. Latest IOS installed.
