This app simply doesn’t work. I followed the instructions to the letter. My phone connects to the wifi’s transmission from the car but the app won’t connect.ShiviRex
Software out of date
Software didn’t work with current IOS, it needs updated. Tried on several devices.idk, 1
App does not work
I connect to WiFi as instructions say but it doesn’t register in the app itself and video does not come up. I now have twin 4 year old little boys crying and upset because they were so excited to see the video. 🤦🏻♀️ They Don’t understand why it’s not working and still ask throughout the day for me to connect it. This stupid toy won’t connect to my iPhone, and has my 8 year upset about it! I feel like I got scammed into buying this thing, thinking it would be a wicked cool present for my, it’s not. This needs to be fixed!Fun app for three year old
Will not connect with Apple products
Tried several apple products and they will not connect to the product. Tried with some Samsung phones and no problem working at all. Unfortunately this causes an issue as all the kids have apple products so one of the adults has to hand over their phone to the kids to use. Frustrating!boymomishowiroll
Dash cam doesn’t work
The AWD system in flawless. Drives real nice and pretty fast. The dash cam WiFi connects to my iPhone 11 Pro but I cannot get the app to connect and show video.ElRednexican24
No longer works
The app no longer works, so goggles don’t work. Also, I’m not sure it’s safe to allow the app access to all of your photos, which is the access the app requires. Seems unsafe.Vineyardgirl1
