Sound Wave Art is so Cool
I created a photo sound wave of my friends podcast introductory music. I needed a little help with the recording and emailed the company. The response was immediate and they recoded it for me. The app on our IOS devices works great with the photo and the artwork and color matching of the podcast logo was spot on. A unique and fun gift.

Negative reviews are because people are misunderstanding what this app is
This app cannot scan just any Soundwave. It is a dedicated app to scan sound waves made by the company. If you understand this you will know that this app works absolutely perfectly for its intended purpose. You have to purchase a custom Soundwave art piece in order for this app to work. The customer service is excellent, the prints are excellent and this app is excellent. Thank you.

Fetal heartbeat
My daughter and her husband loved the Soundwave art of their unborn baby , it was very emotional hearing the baby’s heartbeat ! App was very easy to use and hear the sound!! Truly a gift that they will treasure !!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ thank you so much Mike for helping me out getting everything perfect!!
Such a unique idea
We created a sound wave art from a voicemail my grandma left for my mom. The app worked great when she scanned her art.
Not playing art
I ordered art after my grandfather died of Cancer. Unfortunately I had to move due to unforeseen circumstances and the art was lost. I will never be able to get it back or get the audio of his voice again. I reached out, hoping they would still have it on file and was told they switched servers so it is gone forever. All I have is a picture of the image that was sent to me. I tried to get the app to read that and it won’t! So now I have nothing!!!

Hi, Casey. When you contacted our support team we mentioned that you ordered your art 2 years before we developed this app which is why your art did not work. We sent you the digital file of your art so that you could have it re-printed and we also sent you the audio recording you lost and you replied "Omg!! I am in tears! Thank you!!!!!!" so I was sorry to see that you left us a 1 star review. Either way, I was glad that we were able to send you your lost files.

We received our art work as a Christmas gift.
We don’t know if it was registered on your database.
After some extensive reading on your website we still had no idea we need to register the artwork.
It was only after reading a review did we realise.
I’m still no clearer in how to register without buying???

But please do not assume we all have your knowledge of this tech and make it simple for your customers to use.

Love this app
Love this app! My dad passed away and was a singer. We were able to turn his song into art for for our family the year after he passed and it means so much to us! We can listen to him singing anytime now using this app
Makes me SMILE!!!
I used Soundwave Art to make a snapshot of my dad come to life!! It’s amazing that I could create my own video to play when scanning a picture. It was so easy! I chose the picture I wanted, and uploaded it and my video. Then within hours I received an email that my art was active! Now all I have to do is scan my picture with the app anytime I want to see & hear my dad laugh. It makes me smile every time!!!

Great idea with some bugs
I really love this concept but the only problem I have with it is that it lets me record but as soon as I stop recording the screen it crashes the app. I’ve been trying it off and on for a few years and the problem won’t go away. Nothing ever gets saved so I can’t show people how cool it looks without taking out my phone to record what’s happening on my iPad (13.2.3) I really wish that feature would get fixed.

Fantastic products with exceptional customer service
I discovered this company about two years ago and the provided me was a great sentimental gift that was a hit at Christmas.
